This portrait of Times Square in downtown Rochester New York was very difficult to capture. I had to wait for no traffic and to get just the right angle to get this shot. I was lucky that there were a few clouds in the sky to set off the building and the wings of progress. This is a classic Art Deco building that was started around the time of the great depression.
