Watkins Glen state Park is difficult to shoot because the canyon walls are in shadows and the stream is bright, so it is hard to hold detail in the highlights and details in the shadows at the same time. The Glen is best to shoot on an overcast day. This long exposure highlights the churning of the water and the smoothness against the craggy cliff.
