Resume

I began a love of traditional photography and art in the mid 1960's and sold many landscape oil paintings and watercolors in those early years. My landscape photography lead me into traditional B&W large format work in the 1990's, using old turn of the century Adams and Weston film and print formulas.

However, with the slow demise of traditional B&W film and paper, I embarked on a 2 year quest for a new and more expressive form of photographic art that would combine my love of art with my love of photography. Thus was born my unique digital process based on traditional darkroom techniques, and a unique color and look to my work that reflects a more traditional art style. My methods are contemporary while my work remains traditional.
